Refund policy
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All coffee beans purchases and espresso machine parts are excluded from the refund and return policy. All coffee beans sales and espresso machine parts sales are final. For all other products please read below.
Return You have 10 days after the receipt of the item(s) to request a return. To be eligible for a return of the item(s) you purchased online, the item (or all items) must be unused and in the original packaging and you need to be able to provide a proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item(s) even if you received your item(s) under *free shipping* promotion. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved for refund, the shipping cost will be deducted. La Strada will inspect your returned item(s) immediately and inform you of the refund status. If your return is approved, we will initiate refund to your original payment method (credit card); It may take several days for the refund to show on your credit card and it is dependant solely on your credit card issuer’s processing policies.
Exchange If you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you purchased you may exchange your item(s) within 10 days of receiving your item(s). All exchanges are subject to processing fees of 5% and will be assessed on their merits. The value of exchanged item(s) cannot be lower than the value of the item(s) being exchanged.
Exclusions No refund or credit will be issued if the item(s) sent back are in the state of disrepair, broken, if part or accessories are missing, or have been used in contrary to manufactures’ guidelines.
Please review you User Manual and your warranty information to confirm whether you used the product(s) within the guidelines prescribed by the manufacturer.
