RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All coffee beans purchases and espresso machine parts are excluded from the refund and return policy. All coffee beans sales and espresso machine parts sales are final. For all other products please read below.
Return You have 10 days after the receipt of the item(s) to request a return. To be eligible for a return of the item(s) you purchased online, the item (or all items) must be unused and in the original packaging and you need to be able to provide a proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item(s) even if you received your item(s) under *free shipping* promotion. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved for , the shipping cost will be deducted. La Strada will inspect your returned item(s) immediately and inform you of the refund status. If your return is approved, we will initiate to your original payment method (credit card); It may take several days for the refund to show on your credit card and it is solely on your credit card issuer’s processing policies.
Exchange If you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you purchased you may exchange your item(s) within 10 days of receiving your item(s). All exchanges are subject to processing fees of 5% and will be assessed on their merits. The value of item(s) cannot be lower than the value of the item(s) being exchanged
No refund or credit will be issued if the item(s) sent back are in the state of disrepair, broken, if part or accessories are missing, or have been used in contrary to ’ guidelines.
Please review User Manual and your warranty information to confirm whether you used the product(s) within the guidelines prescribed by the manufacturer.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping cost is calculated on a per weight basis and is automatically applied the checkout. We can ship with Canada Post. All orders are shipped from our Oakville, Ontario, Canada location.
NOTE: FREE SHIPPING promotions apply for shipping within Ontario, Canada only. In the event of transit delays or lost packages, we will assist you in the claims process with the shipper. We can only issue a refund for lost or damaged orders after we receive a confirmation that the claim has been approved by the shipper. During promotion periods when shipping credit is applied or when shipping is free for orders over $150.00 within Canada* (*except orders shipped to Northern Territories, Yukon, Labrador Nunavut), signature will be required on orders over $150; All purchases below $150 will not require a signature unless the customer has requested it.
NOTE: We do not ship to the USA at the present time.
Estimate Shipping
estimate shipping cost, add products to the cart and proceed to checkout, provide your Name, Address, City and Postal Code. If estimated shipping costs seem unusually high, please contact us.
Processing Times and Procedures Your order will be reviewed to ensure the accuracy and the validity of the payment method used. Only after we obtain your guarantee that the order is accurate and placed by you using a valid method of payment, we will provide the shipper with your order. Please note, Shopify, PayPal and credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (sooner if you provide complete and accurate information at checkout). On occasion, we may call you to obtain taped confirmation of purchase before we can release your shipment. We are sure you appreciate the extra steps we are taking to protect you, the consumer, and to keep our prices low.
Shipping and Transit Time
We ship Monday to Friday between 9am-2pm - We make every effort to process, confirm and ship your order within 1 to 5 business days. Once tracking information is generated it will be sent to you to the email address provided. Please be advised that transit times can vary greatly; Transit times on the map below are estimated and for information purposes only
Please note that La Strada cannot guarantee the arrival of your shipment at any point throughout the holiday season regardless of when you placed your order or what type of shipping method you selected.
