Oakville may accept certain machines for service; however, it is necessary to contact them first to confirm that they are able to take in your make and model and to confirm their hours of operation as they differ from those of Toronto service location.

First, select the appointment time, then add the product to your cart. 

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS* After selecting your service drop off time and adding the "Service Drop Off" item to your cart, before proceeding to checkout, please indicate your machine make and model and briefly describe the issue(s) you are experiencing with your machine under "Special Instructions to the Seller". 

Before your planned drop off time, please ensure that your machine is free of wet or mouldy coffee grounds, dirty water, or hardened and discoloured milk residue.  Machines having mouldy coffee grinds or milk bacteria accumulation on the steamer wand/milk carafe will not be accepted. 

A $65 estimation charge is due when booking and is applied to the final cost of your service. Once an estimate on your machine is made, the $65 estimation cost is non-refundable.
